MEET HEIDI
HEIDI (was Pinky) is a gorgeous, sweet American Bulldog cross girl of around 16 weeks old, who has come into our rescue with the rest of her litter. When they arrived they were very thin, cold and full of worms and in a very neglected state. Since being in foster they have all blossomed into fit, healthy and happy pups and have shown to have amazing temperaments. We are looking for loving homes with lots of time and patience on their hands to help the pups grow into well rounded and socialised adults. Preferably with bull breed experience but this isn't essential. Children over 5 yrs old aho are used to being around dogs and another friendly neutered dog would be considered. A fully enclosed garden is a must as is someone who isn't out at work all day.

MEET ROCCO
Rocco has come into our rescue needing to find a new loving home. He is a active and friendly boy but can be a little timid to start and when in new situations and needs someone who understands this and won’t push him and willing to give him time to come to you. Once he’s established trust he’s very affectionate. He would do best in a quiet home with either one or two people only, preferably with terrier experience, but definitely experience of fearful, insecure dogs. He loves his walks and is good with other dogs too so could live with other friendly, neutered dogs pending meet and greet. No children or visiting children and no cats unfortunately. He needs a good few walks in the countryside every day and further training and socialisation as any young dog needs. He walks nice on his lead and comes back when called. He is neutered and vaccinated and had a full groom (where he was very well behaved). He would like a home with someone around most of the day and a fully enclosed garden as he loves to play ball in between his walks. The lovely Cairo is an 11yr old Chihuahua. Cairo is a typical Chi, very loving, very protective and full of character. He gets on with other dogs but would prefer to live as an only dog or with another quiet smaller dog as large dogs make him a bit nervous. He cannot live with children or where there are viviting children as he is wary of them. Cairo is house trained and likes his walks. He would love someone to be around for him most of the time. He needs a very secure garden as he is a tiny lad. Cairo is healthy and active, loves his walks has been neutered and fully vaccinated by our rescue and is ready for his new home asap

MEET FLASH
Flash is a 6yr old Labrador x Staffy. Flash is cat friendly and has previously lived with cats. He likes other dogs and gets on fine with them but he would prefer to be an only dog really so he gets all the attention. If he is to share with another dog as long as they won't bother him and are friendly he will be fine. Flash is the sweetest, kindest, friendliest boy you could meet and he has a waggy tail and a kiss for everyone. He is a true gentleman who loves being around his humans. He has lived with kids over 8yrs with no issues. He would love a new home with a nice secure garden to explore and a couple of nice country walks a day. Flash came in to our rescue as he was suffering from a skin condition that his owner could not get on top of and due to her own ill health could not offer the walks and attention he would like. He had scratched and nibbled most of his fur off when he first came to us and his skin was very thickened and scarred with bacterial and yeast infections going on as well as a severe long term flea infestation and was understandably very depressed and uncomfortable as a result. He is now flea free, his scratching has almost disappeared and his fur has started to grow back in places, although it may never grow back altogether sadly. In his new home he will need to be kept up to date with flea treatments to avoid this happening again. Flash has been vaccinated, neutered and health checked by our charity.

MEET FINN
Scrumptious Finn is a 10 month old Jack Russell pup looking for his new forever home. Finn has 'Queen Anne' front legs which basically means he has slightly deformed legs as one of his foreleg bones grows quicker than the other, resulting in a curvature at the wrist. It's quite common in short legged, longer bodied breeds, like Dachshunds, Jack Russels etc. but as he is so young, we wanted to get him checked out by a specialist incase there was anything we could do to help him and to make sure that he wasn't in any pain. He has since had a consultation with one of the top Orthapaedic Surgeons in the country, who is happy that he isn't in any pain at the moment and that it's highly possible that he could live a normal life as he is. However just to make sure we will have him back to the specialist in a month's time, and if there are any changes or concerns, we will make sure he gets the CT scans and treatment he needs if it's infact needed. So we are now looking for his forever home who will be understanding of this and are able to give him the loving and active life he needs. Here is what we are looking for for Finn.......
Finn would love another friendly, playful, neutered dog but being a terrier he isn't cat friendly unfortunately. He could possibly live with children above 10yr of age but still has a little bit of the puppy nips at the moment. He loves all people and is a very very loving and affectionate boy. He loves his walks and is very active so will need lots of good walks every day. Don't be put off of giving him as as much exercise as he needs as his surgeon has given the all clear for him to be a completely normal pup and encouraged a very active lifestyle for him as no harm can be done to his legs. He will need a little further socialising and training in all aspects as pups do, so someone patient and kind with time to train him further would be great. We are preferably looking for someone with terrier experience, who knows their quirky, characterful ways. Being a pup he is into everything and anything and there is never a dull moment when Finn is around. He truly is a bundle of fun and energy and so very handsome with it too. A fully enclosed, decent sized garden where he can stretch his legs in between walks, would be great also. As Finn is still a puppy, he needs someone around most of the day to keep him company. Finn will be neutered by the rescue at an appropriate time determined by our vet.

MEET BELLA
Meet Beautiful Bella the 6 yr old Staffy. Bella has come into our care due to homelessness and a relationship breakdown and unfortunately she had nowhere to go so was a real emergency. She is now safely in one of our foster homes and is doing really well. She is such a lovely girl but is sadly very overweight at the minute so is on a strict diet and gentle exercise regime until she sheds the pounds. It doesn't stop her from loving playing with her beloved balls and toys in the garden though but she will need someone willing to continue her new regime once adopted as it's no good for her long term health at the size she is now. Sorry Bella :) She is house trained and travels well in the car and is a perfect house guest who can be left for a couple of hours with no issues. She is neutered and fully vaccinated, blood/health tested and ready for her new staffy loving home. She is fine around other dogs but prefers them not to be too over the top, has been goos around children over 10 but cats are unknown atm.
